Job Summary: 
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting needs, particularly with CBOSS and upcoming federal proposals. This contractor will focus heavily on sourcing and candidate management, while partnering closely with the HR Generalist, who will remain engaged in the process to ensure alignment and build internal sourcing capabilities. 

The ideal recruiter thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments, brings proven sourcing expertise, and is comfortable balancing compliance requirements with delivering an excellent candidate experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage high-volume sourcing and candidate outreach to build strong pipelines for active and proposal-based positions. 

  • Screen resumes and pre-qualify candidates to ensure alignment with position requirements. 

  • Manage candidate communications and keep applicants engaged throughout the hiring process. 

  • Partner with the HR Generalist to draft job descriptions, create sourcing strategies, and align on candidate profiles. 

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with hiring managers. 

  • Conduct reference checks, background checks, and drug screens as needed. 

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with OFCCP and federal contracting requirements. 

  • Stay current on recruiting trends and sourcing tools to improve efficiency and reach. 

  • Provide regular updates to the HR Generalist on candidate pipelines, recruiting activity, and market feedback. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a preference for federal contracting or proposal recruiting. 

  • Demonstrated success with sourcing in high-volume recruiting environments. 

  • Strong knowledge of recruiting methods, ATS systems (JazzHR preferred), and federal compliance requirements. 

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers. 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions at once. 

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms. 

  • Remote role; must be available during Eastern Time Zone business hours. 

Degree 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is preferred. 

  • Equivalent combination of education and professional recruiting experience will also be considered. 

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract regulations and security requirements for certain projects. 

Working Conditions: This position is primarily performed in an office environment or a home office setting. Employees/contractors will be required to use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods.
