We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative support to an executive level official within the Department of Energy. Serving as the primary coordinator and integrator across all administrative, scheduling, and operational activities, this individual will be a trusted partner to the Executive and a key point of contact for stakeholders across DOE and beyond. The ideal candidate is customer-focused and detail-oriented, bringing a welcoming, approachable presence and a genuine commitment to excellence.

- Managing a complex executive calendar
- Coordinating internal and external meetings
- Preparing and organizing briefing materials
- Streamlining communication flows between the Executive and stakeholders across DOE and beyond
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- 7-10+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Strong critical thinking capabilities to assess information, evaluate options, and support sound decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational skills, coordinating logistics for meetings and travel while ensuring efficient record-keeping and workflow management.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, serving as a key liaison between the CIO and stakeholders across DOE and beyond.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working within the Department of Energy strongly preferred
