  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate technical leads, engineers, cybersecurity staff, and contractors to resolve implementation challenges and keep work on track.
  • Monitor deliverables and performance against cost, schedule, scope, quality, and security requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate testing, implementation, and transition activities.
Cybersecurity, Risk, and Governance
  • Manage cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability remediation, compliance activities, and security modernization.
  • Integrate federal security requirements (NIST, FISMA, and agency standards) into project activities.
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and changes across projects and systems, and coordinate mitigation with the right technical personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with federal policies and governance processes, and identify ways to improve delivery.
Stakeholder Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for federal stakeholders, technical leadership, and contractor teams on status, risks, and next steps.
  • Translate technical information for government leadership and nontechnical audiences.
  • Prepare status reports, briefings, and risk assessments, and run meetings that drive timely decisions.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management, technical program management, or a related technology discipline (infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems engineering), including managing projects for federal agencies.
  • Active Top Secret or DOE Q clearance, with the ability to obtain SCI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or applicable experience.
  • Experience managing schedules, deliverables, risks, and dependencies using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise IT environments (infrastructure, networking, cloud, systems integration, or cybersecurity) and federal IT security requirements.
  • Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC, five days per week.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
